The pool area was nice and the rooms were comfortable; the bathroom was spacious and having a bath was a plus.

my room was impeccably clean and nice styled, with a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. a bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.
Some guests complained about a cockroach they saw.

They offer spacious and impressive rooms. The price is just right - gbp 1358. The location is fantastic and particularly good, so close to the other facilities such as bikes for hire, and whole Mexico.

I loved a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the spotless room. Plenty of food served in the restaurant for breakfast, it was delicious. Helpful and attentive staff who cared about me. The location was magnificent, at a moderate distance from love bacalar souvenirs.

I really enjoyed this brand-new hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. the location was magnificent and marvellous, really close to other facilities such as bikes for hire, pingpong table, and chill-out seating. Very close to Laguna Cocalitos. I had a good stay in a long time.

The location was unbeatable, near a public pier, other facilities, and the lagoon. the hotel was approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from St Paul's Church. Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with delicious breakfast and shakes.

The setting of the hotel was perfect, by the lake. It was very close to the public beach and great restaurants. I really enjoyed having a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe in the room. the bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.
